At Exclusive Valet, we understand that unfortunately, incidents occur periodically. No matter the situation, our Management Team will assume responsibility for handling the claim in its entirety. By using our own internal claims department along with providing our own insurance coverage, we remove all liability from our client. Our goal is to make the repair process as efficient as possible to ensure the involved party’s satisfaction in a timely manner.
If you are involved in a claim, please be sure to get a copy of the Incident Report from one of our Managers. The Manager will also give you information on how to contact our Claims Department Manager.
Once you have the Incident Report, you should contact your insurance provider. They will contact our claims department to handle the incident in the fastest and most effective way possible.
